Puff along where the insects crawl, or puff up under plants to control aphids
Works by affecting the insects skin by breaking it down so the insect can't hold its body fluids and dehydrates and dies.

Avoid inhaling dust.

Storage & Disposal:
Store in the closed, original container, away from direct sunlight. Dispose of the empty container thoughtfully. Wrap in paper and dispose in the garbage bin.
